While in Krakow, there is Momotown!
When it comes to basics, we offer clean and spacious rooms and showers, great location, balanced prices, computers and Wi-Fi, etc. Extras include much over the average common space (inside the building and outside), own parking spots, or the best Polish beer at the reception. Talking about reception, it is worth mentioning alone, since we really cater to all your travelling needs in the way you feel almost pampered.
In other words, we are based in the most happening part of town called Kazimierz, within easy walking distance to: main square - 10 min., Wawel castle and the river - 5 min., train/bus station - 15 min (or 5 tram stops).
Back inside we have all the necessary facilities to make your stay the most comfortable.
So, it looks you have the best chances to have perfect time in Krakow while staying at Momotown...
Momotown is recommended by major guidebooks and is highly rated on major booking websites. But what we appreciate the most, is what people say about us in our own book...

From the airport take a shuttle train to the main train/bus station.
From there, we suggest you take a tram either no. 50 or 51. It is an underground tram and the entrance to the stop is from train station platform no. 1 (the same which a shuttle train from the airport gets you on). You need to take a tram with directions “Kurdwanow” or “Biezanow Nowy”, get off at fifth stop called “Miodowa”, turn right into ulica Miodowa and procced to number 28. You can buy tickets form machines inside a tram, and just remember to validate them.
Walking from the train/bus station lasts approximately 15 minutes. You need to get to the underground passage situated in front of the main train station building. Leaving to the left, take ulica Westerplatte and get to the big Post Office building, then take a left into ulica Starowislna (not to confuse with ulica Wielopole), cross ulica Dietla and straight along ulica Starowislna get to ulica Miodowa. Now you only need to make a right – we are at number 28.
Taxistands are located above train station platforms, in front of the bus station building, or in front of the shopping centre. Expect to pay no more then around PLN 20 (c. 5 euro).
